White Water Rafting is one of the very popular and adventurous sports in Nepal. While rafting on the rivers, one gets the opportunity to have a closer view on Nepalese way of living and flora and fauna that exist along the sides of rivers. Nepalese rivers, graded on various scales from very sage to highly adventurous, have become popular all over the world. Thousands of foreigners come Nepal with the purpose of water rafting. River rafting in Nepal is a unique and novel gateway.

This action packed jaunt to the foot hills will surely become a favorate outing sport of yours for many years to come. Rich in culture, the river flows and passes through some of the most beautiful canyons, ethnic villages and landscapes of Nepal. The trip offers full spectrum of wilderness river experiences from gently scenic flowing stretches to loud roaring wild and wet rapids. All outguides are highly trained and qualified in the sport of white water rafting. They are also highly skilled to overcome any obstacle incase of emergency during the river journey.

This stunning mountain-scape is the backdrop to an amaizing variety of plants and wildlife such as the rhesus and langur monkeys, wild cats and boar, black bear, musk deer and thar. As an interlude between treks, we'll spend 2 thrilling days river rafting on the Trisuli, then 2 days of wildlife safari in Royal Chitwan National Park. From Kathmandu we'll fly to Lukla and hike-up to Thyangboche (3876m.) camping beneath the world-renowned peaks Mount Everest and the rich Sherpa culture. Thyangboche is the site of an annual Buddhist dance festival held during the month of Nevember. Via Khumjung, we'll return to Lukla and fly back to Kathnmandu, concluding a trip-of-a-life time amidst the old temples of this mysterious city.

SUNKOSHI RAFTING EXPEDITION:
An adrenaline rush is par for the course on the Sunkosi river whose rapids rise from Tibet and surge their way through the hills of Eastern Nepal. Your put-in is at Dolalghat, a few hours drive East of Kathmandu, form where an exciting 10 days ride through Nepal's ever-changing hills begins. The river's waves may be exhilarating but the scenery is equally as captivating: thatched roof villages, exotic plant life, birds and animals in their undisturbed environment, and the ever-present Himalayas, whose melting shows feed our avenue of exploration al the way to the glimmering Ganges plains. We'll glide into Chatter, and drive westward across the Terai to
Narayanghat, near Royal Chitwan National Park, and then on to Kathmandu. A 2-4 days jungle safari extension ca be arranged.

14 days trip: 09 days rafting, 4 days in Kathmandu

TRISULI RIVER RAFTING: 2 Nights/3 Days package

PROGRAM:
Day 01 :Departure from Kathmandu by tourist bus at 7:00 A.M.(51 Kms drive). Arrival at Baireni around 9:45 A.M. Starting point for rafting safety-briefing and change of clothes for river rafting. Start rafting by 10:30 a.m and stop for a short lunch-break. After lunch break start rafting again until you reach the camp-site.

Day 02 : Breakfast will be served between 7 to 7:30 am. After that pack-up and get ready to start rafting by 9:30 am. The rest of the schedule will be followed as on the previous day. The second night camp-site will be in Kuringhat.

Day 03 : Early breakfast and start rafting so that you can finish early and the lunch will be served at the ending point. After that drive back to Kathmandu.

Note: The most suitable clothing for rafting will be as follows:

Shorts, T-shirts, river-sandals, sun-glasses, cap and do not forget your own personal sun tan lotion. For camera we provide water-proof drums. As far as food is concerned we serve Nepalese and continental food, fresh vegetables are washed and cleaned in Iodine water which is completely hygienic.

The above cost includes: River guides, river permit, camping gears, food and transportation to and from the rivers as per the class trip, 4 nights accommodation in Kathmandu with breakfast twin sharing basis, arrival, departure, 1 half day sightseeing in Kathmandu

WILDLIFE SAFARI
Our jungle safari trips are usually planned for 2-4 days, giving adequate time to visit a variety of environments and park attractions. Royal Chitwan National Park is the most accessible of Nepal's wildlife reserves (a 6 hours motor drive from Kathmandu) and best known for the Royal Bengal Tiger, greater one-horned rhinoceros, leopard, sloth bear, wild boar, four different types of deer, wild bison, crocodiles and much more. Over 400 species of birds can be seen, the delight of amateur and professional bird-watchers. Explorations of the forests and rivers from atop elephants, in dugout canoes, on foot or in vehicles, always accompanied by a naturalist well versed on the animal and plant lire. See the animals from afar, the dense jungles of
Nepal's Terai allow you to more in close to the fauna and view them undisturbed in their natural cover.
